CEO

Shaunica Johnson was raised in New York, NY, and New Jersey. At sixteen years old, she made the life-altering decision to give her life to Jesus Christ at Holy Temple C.O.G.I.C. in South Toms River, NJ. It was there that the seed of her calling was planted and her spiritual journey began to flourish.

Hungry for deeper understanding and spiritual maturity, Shaunica later attended the 5-Fold Ministry School at Destiny Training Academy, under the leadership of Dr. Faith Wokoma, where she was equipped, affirmed, and encouraged to grow into the fullness of her prophetic and apostolic calling. Her heart beats for Kingdom transformation, and her mission is rooted in one core conviction: to raise up a generation that follows Jesus Christ wholeheartedly and remains loyal to Him above all else.

For a season, Shaunica served under the leadership of Pastor Jason Knight at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, where she taught, counseled, and mentored individuals, families, and emerging leaders. During that time, she helped rebuild organizational structures, strengthen families, activate spiritual gifts, and realign people with God’s original design for their lives. Her ministry emphasized revival, realignment, and the restoration of Kingdom order.

Today, Shaunica serves as the Co-Pastor of Rhema Word Community Church, leading alongside her husband, Pastor Slater Johnson. Together, they are devoted to cultivating a Spirit-led, biblically grounded, deliverance-centered church where families are healed, gifts are awakened, and believers grow into the fullness of their God-given identity and purpose.

Academically, Shaunica holds an Associate and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Jack Welch Management Institute, as well as a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University. She is also a Certified Christian Deliverance Counselor and Christian Relationship Therapist, merging spiritual discernment with emotional, relational, and organizational wisdom.

In partnership with her husband, Shaunica is committed to raising their four children as godly offspring—purpose-driven, Spirit-led, grounded in truth, and equipped to impact their generation. Together, they are building a legacy that honors Christ in their home and extends far beyond it.

Above all, Shaunica endeavors to remain close to the heart of God—living by His Rhema Word and serving as His loyal, enduring voice. Whether teaching, writing, delivering, counseling, or interceding, her desire is always the same:
to edify, encourage, comfort, and point God’s people back to the One who heals, restores, and transforms.
